Alert Settings: Settings such as alert radius, vibration patterns, and favorite destinations are stored locally on your device.

The collected information is used solely for the following purposes:

Calculating the distance between your current location and destination to determine arrival
Detecting proximity to destination via Geofencing and sending notifications
Displaying current location and destination on Google Maps
Delivering arrival alerts to Wear OS devices

4. Data Storage and Security

All data is stored only on your device.

Dokkaebi does not transmit your location data to external servers. Location information is processed in real-time only on your device, and the app developer has no access to your location data.

Data Protection Mechanisms:

Local-Only Processing: Location data is processed only on the device and is not transmitted to external servers.
Room Database: Destination and settings information is stored in an encrypted database within the app.
App Sandbox: The app runs in an Android app sandbox environment, preventing other apps from accessing Dokkaebi's data.

5. Third-Party Services

Dokkaebi uses the following third-party services:

Google Maps SDK: Map display and current location visualization
Google Places API: Destination search functionality
Google Play Services Location: Location data collection and Geofencing

6. Data Retention and Deletion

You can delete your data through the following methods:

Delete Favorites: You can individually delete saved destinations within the app.
Uninstall App: Deleting the app completely removes all local data (destinations, settings, history).
Revoke Location Permission: You can revoke the app's location access at any time in Android Settings.

Dokkaebi does not sell, trade, or provide your personal information to any third parties.

8. Your Rights

You can exercise the following rights at any time:

Revoke the app's location access in Android Settings
Delete saved data within the app
Delete all local data by uninstalling the app

Dokkaebi does not intentionally collect personal information from children under 13 years of age.
